Refund policy
We can not provide refunds for digital services such as weather or email services or for airtime plans. You can cancel service at any time and you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred. 

Any airtime plan changes must be made by confirmed email to admin@ocensinc.com. Email must be received no later than the 25th of the month preceding the month in which the change is to take affect.

Hardware may be returned by the end user to OCENS within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price less a restocking fee equal to 18% of the purchase price. Purchase price is non-refundable if hardware is not returned to OCENS within 30 days of purchase. Service activation fees are non-refundable regardless of return date.
